I sighed as I got on the bus and about 10 kid’s hands shot up, awaiting a high-five.

I mentally face-palmed, why these kids always wanted a high-five from every 8th grader and up, I had no idea but I just went along with it, and gave them one.

I plopped down in my seat and put my backpack next to me so no one would sit by me. Hey, don’t judge, I like my personal space.

I pulled out my phone and begun to read a story as the bus started to drive to school.

A big smile stretched across my face as I saw Vivia sitting up on the bleacher-like things, waving her hand at me. I quickly ran up the bleacher-like things and sat down next to her.

“Hey Hailee, look over there!” Vivia said, pointing at a boy, obviously new, sitting a few rows before ours. He had light blonde messy hair and red eyes. He was wearing a lose white dress shirt, a black jacket, blue jeans, black and white boots, black gloves, and a black and white think striped scarf around his neck. And he was looking around the gym, looking for something.

My eyes widened, he looked exactly like one of my new characters, Zaiden, and I hadn’t told anyone about him… he was brand new in my mind. And he wasn’t any old random character. He was an angel.

“Zone out much?” I heard Vivia say.

I grabbed her hand and practically dragged her into the nearest bathroom, making sure nobody was in it, I locked the door and took a deep breath.

“Vivia…” I began “That guy... he’s new right?” I slowly asked.

“Right…” Vivia said, almost unsure of what to say.

“I know this only happens in fan-fiction… but he looks exactly like Zaiden! My new character I made a few days ago. Remember? I was going to tell you about him but you had to go.” I said.

“Whoa calm down… he probably just looks like him.” She said, laughing nervously

“No! He’s got everything right! The hair, eyes, facial features, even the clothing! It’s all perfect!” I said “There’s only one thing left… his voice, I’ve got to hear it.” I said as I ran out of the bathroom and back into the gym.

I ran up the bleaches and stood in front of the boy “Hey are you looking for someone..?” I asked

“Ah! Hailee! There you are!” The boy said, he had a light voice and a British accent. He sounded exactly like I wanted him to.

I paled a bit “Zai..den?” I said slowly and disbelievingly.

“Heh.. I was afraid you wouldn’t recognize me!” He said with a laugh

I melted inside.

“How... is this... even... possible?!” I asked, grabbing my head. ‘I’m going to need an aspirin later’  I thought to myself.

“That’s for me to know and you to never find out” He said, patting my head.

“Alright I’m going to just go with this to prevent a headache…”I said as I turned around to see Vivia with her mouth hanging wide open.

“So… he is here… you know what I’ll just go with it too… and... go to class…” Vivia said as the bell rung

“Alright!” I said as I looked at Zaidens class schedule “You seem to have all my classes, well then, to Science!” I said as I took off into Science class.

As I took my seat behind Case, my best guy friend, Zaiden walked to Mr. Z’s desk and talked to him a bit, before taking a seat next to me.

“Ugh…” I groaned as I slowly walked towards the busses. It has been a seriously hard day. I had worked out that Zaiden could stay at my home, since my parents were on a business trip, and they would be gone for about a month.

“What’s wrong?” Zaiden asked in a concerned voice.

“Ah!” I said and walked a bit faster. “It’s nothing. It’s just been a hard day…” I groaned again as we got onto the bus.

“Ah~ home sweet home~” I sang as I unlocked the door, letting Zaiden in, the closing it again.

Zaiden looked around then looked back at me, smiling. “You have a very nice house Hailee.” He said

“Meh… its nothing much, but its home.” I sighed and dropped my backpack before walking to our guest room, with Zaiden following.

“Well.” I said as I opened the door. “This is where you will be staying.”
